Target Area Adjustment
Traverse Reconstruction Engine

Recovers missing bearing seconds and fine-tunes distance by millimetres, scored against whole-traverse closure — fails honestly rather than forcing a fake close.

How this works & options
Scale Factor: — Adjusted Area: — TD Unchanged: —

Compares your entered TD (title bearings & distances) against what the adjusted coordinates produce. Adjusted coordinates are computed directly from your input bearings/distances then scaled — so bearings always show ✓. Distances show ✓ when the target area is close to the area implied by your input TD.

Subdivide Lot

Click two points along the lot's boundary below. The line between them sets the direction every dividing line will run — all sub-lots come out parallel to it.

Points chosen: 0/2

Click a point on the lot's boundary below to start the cut.

Snap:
Add segment: ° '

Click a segment above to edit its bearing/distance. Once the cut's bends are laid out, finish with a closing bearing only (distance found automatically) — or if a segment you add already lands on the boundary, it closes automatically.

Close to boundary: ° '
Defaults to the area computed from your plotted coordinates — edit it if the title declares a rounded figure instead, and sub-lot areas will total exactly this.
e.g. 10 sqm ÷ 3 lots → 3, 3, and the last lot takes the remainder (4)
